One can take that remark either way and be correct, but the fact is Woodrow Wilson was our President and he deserves respect if for no other reason than he made it to the top. As now the times were hard when he was in the White House. A world war was going on, the social norms were changing, and everyone had a different opinion. What? Sounds like now. Yep, sure does.
