New Old Stock (NOS). I bought this stuff in the 1980s when I had a store and wired old lighting for clients and made all sorts of lamps to retail in my store. These bits were never used.

Anyone with a lamps & shades shop, providing antiques restoration services, repairs to lamps and ceiling fixtures, this might be of interest. Oh, and preppers, stuff like this is going to be your new currency when tshtf. You may not need them now, but who knows. Later one of these parts just might save the day!
